The buyer needed a recognizable two-tone silhouette for a first retail drop but did not have a technical pack. We translated reference images into a six-panel cotton-twill specification with a contrasting brim, front embroidery and woven inner label.\n\nDuring sampling, we adjusted the crown height and embroidery width. The approved specification was retained for repeat orders and future colorways.
