Frequently asked questions

The essentials, answered.

01What is the custom MOQ?

Most custom cap programs start from 50 pieces per design, depending on material and decoration.

02How long does a sample take?

A typical development sample takes 7–10 days after specifications and artwork are confirmed.

03Can I send only a logo or reference photo?

Yes. A complete tech pack helps, but it is not required to begin the discussion.

04Which files should I send?

Vector artwork is best. AI, EPS or PDF files are preferred; a clear PNG or JPG can start the conversation.

05Can you match a brand color?

Yes. We can work from Pantone references or physical samples, subject to material and dyeing conditions.

06Do you support repeat orders?

Yes. Approved specifications can be retained to make future orders more consistent and faster to confirm.
